Bryden's had a whole new lick of metaphorical paint from me. Providing a new logo and identity for them ensured their service stood well out of the crowd in front of their competition. I designed a website, business cards and letter heads and provided the design and vector work for their van decals.
ChillBarn Website and Logo. Using Google's Web Fonts to create a stylish modern website and Logo. It was also an excuse for me to experiment with Typography.
The James Jacob website was a concept design showcasing beautiful pictures and it had to get right to the point. The full page backgrounds really do make you notice the amazing pictures. And aren't they?
welcome to my spot on the web
This is your chance to have a look at some of the work I've done, find out more about me and get in touch. I'm a young, energetic web and graphic designer ram packed with enthusiasm and a love for beautiful design. Have a look around and go see some of my work!
I'm a 24 year old creative person from Stockport, Manchester. And there's nothing I like more than to push, pull and bend points and pixels to my will.
If I'm not working on projects I'm constantly studying all aspects of web and print related design. When dealing with the rapidly changing web & design trends, you have to keep up. And I love it.
When I'm not sat at my desk I'm out doing normal person stuff. Or being shouted at by my lovely girlfriend. I love to travel and see new places, and what kind of creative person doesn't like movies, music and video games?
Here's a brief list of some of the services I offer. Feel free to ask me if there's something specific you're looking for.

Below you'll find the main bunch of software and technologies I'm familiar with. These are what I use on most web and print projects, along with a variety of web based applications. Click on them for more info.
Adobe Photoshop is the Industry standard photo editing and manipulation software. Commonly used to make fake photos of your mates, it's my tool of choice for pixel pushing.
Adobe Illustrator is the software of choice for scalable artwork. Ensuring it looks good re-sizing whether printed on a bottle cap or the side of a building. My main tool for logos and most print projects.
Adobe InDesign has become the main player for making multi page documents. I use it primarily for multi-page brochures and flyers to make sure each page is accurate and is laid out perfectly.
Adobe Dreamweaver also sits at the forefront of website development and deployment. Although I code by hand, its unique features make it a daily essential component of my toolbox.
I use well-structured HTML in all my websites to make sure they're compliant with W3C web standards and accessible. And because I code by hand my HTML is clean and concise.
CSS provides most of the visual and layout aspects of a website. All my work is done using the latest CSS techniques to make attractive, usable and engaging websites.
Javascript provides the interactivity and dynamics to most modern day websites. Along with the jQuery library, I use Javascript to add interaction to my websites.
PHP is one of the leading technologies used in dynamic websites. PHP is my preferred server side language to provide things such as content management, databases and e-commerce.
